Upgrade your browser today!

If you happen to be using Microsoft's Internet Explorer right now and it is a version older than Internet Explorer 8, you are going to see a yellow box in the upper left-hand corner of your “browser window” while on our site asking you to upgrade your browser. Here are some links to do just that, upgrade your Internet Explorer or try another browser like Mozilla's Firefox, Opera, Apple's Safari, or Google's Chrome. Older versions of Internet Explorer really need to be upgraded or replaced with more modern browser versions. Even Microsoft themselves are finally encouraging people to "move away from" Internet Explorer 6; due to security flaws and other issues. Upgrade your old browser today for better security, speed, and stability.

Subscribe to our RSS feed?

RSS stands for Really Simple Syndication. Also called web feeds, RSS delivers content. It is the format used to syndicate news and other web content. When it distributes the content it is called a feed. You could think of RSS as your own personal wire service and you can subscribe to our RSS feed by clicking on the links provided. You can also grab the URL, by right-clicking on any RSS LOCAL 18 image like the one below (or control-click if you're on a Mac).

You'll see a menu of options choose "Copy Link", "Copy Shortcut", or "Copy Link Location" depending on your browser. Now you have the feed's address in your copy/paste buffer which can be pasted into your favorite reader or aggregator. RSS works with all modern browsers but it does not work with Internet Explorer 6 "generation" browsers. If you use the Windows operating system and Internet Explorer upgrading to the latest version available is a good idea.
